Stage Fright & Fear of Public Speaking
April 11, 2005
One of the most important skills you can have is the ability to freely express yourself. I don’t mean being a great orator. I’m talking about the ability to express your ideas clearly, succinctly and comfortably without fear, anxiety or panic. It’s having freedom from Glossophobia or Lalophobia. If you have stage fright or a fear of public speaking, you owe it to yourself to discover EFT. I challenge anyone to show me a faster, more effective or gentler method for helping people overcome uncomfortable feelings associated with these fears.

Her mission is to bring the power of EFT as a human performance engineering tool to the world of professional athletes.
Emotional, Taxing Time of Year

Tax time in the USA is here. If you’ve already done your taxes, kudos to you. If not, you need to file by midnight, April 15 for federal income taxes. As we say, try EFT on everything, including doing your taxes. EFT can be superb at tax time because the government, taxes and money can red flag all kinds of emotional issues. Use EFT to make your time in April less taxing, more enjoyable and hopefully refundable.
Writer’s Bach
April 1, 2005
As I write this … let me start by saying. Ever get writer’s block? Whether you’re writing a book, screenplay, business report or letter, suddenly your mind goes blank. You stare at your computer screen. Or your pen just parks itself on the pad of paper. Instead of words flowing like they’re pouring out of a faucet, they drip out drop by drop. What can you do? There are emotional reasons for writer’s block. Usually, you’re subconsciously resisting something. EFT can be an excellent solution for overcoming writer’s block. Let’s start by loosening things up with some music from Bach.
