See an Easy Way to Explain EFT

Apr 23, 07 See an Easy Way to Explain EFT

A few months ago, Gary Craig, founder of EFT, told me that he was working on a new video with one of the people who produced The Secret. The video just came out. It’s short — only seven minutes long and is very well done. Further, it’s available for viewing on YouTube so there’s worldwide access. The video does a beautiful job of clearly and simply explaining what EFT is and how it can be used. Many of the practitioners from the book, Freedom at Your Fingertips are in it. If you haven’t seen this excellent video, you can check it out right here.

This was really emotional for me to watch because I was recently diagnosed with MS, and I’m young, and I don’t want to give myself injections. This could be a great way for me to go!

  2. i am suffering from chronic fatigue
    how can i help myself

  3. Roger,

You may find EFT to be very helpful with your chronic fatigue. Go to http://www.emofree.com and in the right top corner, search for “chronic fatigue.” You’ll find some helpful articles. Also, check the EFT Community Forum. Here’s a message area on chronic fatigue.

I’m thinking about trying this because I have Lupus and am in so much pain all the time….can this really help me?

  5. Elizabeth, I highly recommend using EFT because it is non-invasive. If you haven’t watched the short video in the top right hand corner of this blog, view it. After that sign up to receive Gary Craig’s free newsletter. It’s full of valuable information. For example, here’s an article titled, “How do you feel ABOUT your body having pain.” Go to http://tinyurl.com/aboutpain

EFT is about getting to the core emotional issues that may behind physical pains. It often helps provide some relief. The EFT manual is free. Discover for yourself if it works for you.

I suffer from Atrial Fib, sometimes my heart will be out of rhythm for a couple of days and most recently I have had some sweating and discomfort across my shoulders and in my chest. I will be having the ablation procedure but I live in Ontario Canada and I will have to wait 10 – 12 months ( can you possibly believe that). My question do you think EFT can help me, if so is there a certain place I should go on Gary’s site.

Your response is very much appreciated

  7. Larry,

Yes, if you’ll go to Gary’s Website at http://www.emofree.com and do a search on “atrial fibrillation,” you’ll see a couple of articles. Also, search the EFT community forums and you’ll find some advice there.

If you haven’t already done so, you might start by tapping on the physical symptoms — the sweating and discomfort you feel across your shoulders and in your chest. And when you do, tune in to your body to notice if any emotional issues show up. Also, is there stress, strain, or anxiety in any of your relationships?

You also might want to tap on any feelings you have about having to wait several months for your procedure. How about doing a round of tapping with “Even though I have [the issue], I allow joy to flow through my heart and body.” Check to see if there is any resistance when you say this. Lastly, trust your intuition.

    Hope this helps.
