Wooed Gratitude
December 20, 2007
Political leader Joseph Stalin once said, “Gratitude is a sickness suffered by dogs.” Poet and playwright William Shakespeare would have countered with, “Ingratitude is monstrous.” I prefer something a little more upbeat. Author Alex Haley said, “Find the good and praise it.” Yes, time for you to woo some gratitude. Let me suggest that you start out by getting kinesthetic and do the Gratitude Dance from the Junior Attractors. Here’s a video with the dance and arm steps. It’s simple and suitable for your unique dancing style.
FREE Wisdom Between Your Ears
December 7, 2007
One of the things I did in the past was to do interviews and produce radio shows in Hollywood with popular recording artists. It’s a skill you sharpen. Your don’t just pop a microphone in front of someone and start talking. Doing the best interviews takes research, being prepared, listening well and then being flexible to follow your intuition and stay “in the zone” of the interview. I want to share with you three sources of excellent free interviews. I highly recommend that you listen to them if you want to tune your skills with EFT and develop your full potential. What’s nice is that you can download the interviews to your iPod or computer for your listening convenience.
Color Holiday Blues Orange
December 6, 2007
Around this time of year do you get the “Holiday Blues?” Think orange. On the color wheel, orange is the opposite of blue. Orange increases oxygen supply to the brain, stimulates mental activity and produces an invigorating effect. Orange includes the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. Orange is associated with sunshine and joy. It represents enthusiasm, happiness, fascination, creativity, determination, attraction, encouragement, stimulation and success. Orange is symbolic of endurance and strength. It’s the color of basketballs, carrots, yams, pumpkin pie and oranges. And don’t forget the Orange Bowl football game. This Hanukkah or Christmas, turn your holidays orange or any color but blue. Here are some tips for you.
