		<description>This reminds me of the Sedona Method, where you allow yourself to feel whatever you are feeling in the moment.  You let yourself know that &quot;It&#039;s ok&quot;, and once you agree, there&#039;s really nothing to argue about with yourself.  Thanks for reminding me!  :)</description>
