Stress Sucks
June 11, 2008
Stress overload sucks away your energy, your health and well-being. The common cultural belief about stress is that if you’re not stressed, you’re not working hard enough. Right? Stress equals success? Wrong. It’s better to be in the “flow.” This is the mental state defined by positive psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi. In the “flow” is being fully immersed in what you’re doing by having a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and success in the process of the activity. EFT helps you get in the flow by releasing blocked or negative energy that results from stress.
Shining the Spotlight on Dawson Church
May 16, 2008
Are you interested in EFT and other energy healing methods, but want to know the science behind it? Look no further. Meet Dawson Church. Just don’t try to label him because he has multiple abilities. First, he’s an author. In fact, he’s authored or edited over 200 books in the fields of health, psychology and spirituality. His latest book is The Genie in Your Genes. It’s a “must have” book for your library because it outlines the latest studies on the effects of consciousness on the expression of DNA molecule and how consciousness will become the front line of medicine in the coming decade. Think your health is genetic? Not really. Your beliefs, feelings, diet, environment and more all play a part in healthy living too. Genetically your health may be predisposed, but not predetermined. Change your thinking. Change your health.

Then you’ll want to know about Phillip and Jane Mountrose.
