Now that we’ve changed to Daylight Savings Time in the USA, spring is in the air. It’s a good time to do some “spring cleaning” using EFT. Clear your mind and emotions of minor negative clutter. No lifting the heavy stuff. Just some of the little things that may annoy or upset you. Use EFT to clear the air and spruce things up.
Here’s the idea. Pick three things that tick you off or bug you. Could be something that you or someone else does. I’m talking about things that have a relatively low SUDS (Subjective Units of Disturbance Scale) level of 2-5. Sweep away using EFT.
