Tap on Your Keyboard
If you’re new to EFT and the idea of using your hands to tap on energy meridian points on your face and body seems strange, do this first. Tap on your keyboard. And … use your favorite search engine to do some research. At your commands, the Internet puts a plethora of valuable information in your hands if you actively seek it. For example, what do you know about “Su Jok” or “mudras?” They’re both ways to do self-healing with your hands. Here’s are some basics.
Let’s start with Su Jok. It’s was developed by South Korean professor, Park Jae Woo. The word “SU” in Korean means “the hand” and “JOK” means “the feet.” Supposedly, you can learn the basics of Su Jok in a matter of minutes. With some similarities to reflexology (zone therapy), often a health problem can be alleviated by applying pressure to corresponding points on either the hands or feet.
Su Jok is especially popular in Russia, the Ukraine and India. In fact, the Su Jok Academy is located in Moscow. For information on Su Jok, read Su Jok for Instant Pain Relief, How Does Su Jok Work.
By the way, it’s challenging finding books on Su Jok in English. Check out Amazon or Barnes and Noble and you’ll see what I mean. For other Su Jok Websites, visit sujokonline.com, smilesujok.com and sujok.com.
YouTube has several video clips. Here are a couple of the most popular ones.

Please note that many of the videos are not in English and the recording quality is mediocre.
On one hand, I’ve given you a bit of information on Su Jok. On the other hand, I’ll mention Mudras which are different hand positions used in Yoga practices to help cure dis-eases by affecting your energies. If you’d like to learn about Mudras, read this information from Health & Yoga. Also check out Basic information on Mudras.
Daniel Millstein wrote a book called, The One Minute Miracle, offering “The Mudra of Light.” Here’s a video showing you how to do it.

For a couple of books on mudras, there’s Mudras: Yoga in Your Hands by Gertrude Hirschi and Healing Mudras: Yoga for Your Hands by Sabrina Mesko.
The point I want to make is that in addition to EFT there are various healing alternatives beyond the thinking, beliefs and current acceptance in America. The ones mentioned above are just two examples. How likely is it that you’ll learn about Su Jok or mudras on the nightly news or any of the traditional news media? Most of us who found EFT early on stumbled upon it via the Internet. Tap the keys on your keyboard to discover all that’s out there.
I every time spent my half an hour to read this blog’s articles every day along with a mug of coffee.
