Our thanks go to Gwenn Bonnell for sharing her EFT Tapping Charts, both the Basic Recipe and
Shortcut Version in various languages. In addition to English, graphics for the charts are available in French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Polish, and Spanish. There are files for both on-screen viewing and printing. Gwenn gives you her permission to freely use these charts for yourself and your friends.
Also, here’s a great way to make doing EFT a daily habit. Get an EFT mouse pad with the tapping points. Gwenn and Deb, her assistant, have done all the work for you.
