Percussive Suggestion Technique

EFT is a cutting-edge tool that’s a natural healing aid you can use for almost everything. In the seven years since I discovered it, EFT has become increasingly popular and growing worldwide. There are millions of people using EFT. Every so often I hear about other methods that also hold promise. A new one is Percussive Suggestion Technique (PSTEC). Briefly, PSTEC is a short audio track you can play for yourself of another person to create a resolution for almost any problem related to unwanted emotions or feelings. PSTEC is FREE for anyone to use.

You’ll download the tracks. The first track has instructions on how to do the process. It’s important that you listen to this track to get familiar with the process before you use it. The second track is the primary PSTEC audio file. There are other optional tracks that you may rarely need to use.

As you listen to the track and hear different cues, you’ll tap with the right hand, left hand or both hands. Unlike EFT, you’ll tap with your fingers on whatever surface they’re resting. Here are some ways you can use it.

PSTEC was developed by Tim Phizackerley. Tim has a Diploma with Distinction in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Bachelor of Education Honours Degree.
