If you came to this site looking for “electronic funds transfer,” you’re in the wrong place. Or, maybe not. EFT stands for “Emotional Freedom Techniques.” In a way, it does work like going to your local ATM machine and making an electronic transfer. You withdraw negative energy and emotions. Then you deposit positive ones. Voila, you build your assets.

Briefly, EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture without any needles. It’s something you can learn to do. Here’s how it works. You tap with your fingertips to stimulate specific meridian energy points while you’re “tuned into” whatever is bothering you. Very often, you get relief in minutes. In oriental medicine, the idea of energy meridians has been around for thousands of years. So what may seem like a new idea is really a tried and true one.

EFT works well for all kinds of emotional and physical issues. You can try it on most anything that limits you from being who you want to be. Or feeling how you choose to feel.

EFT is elegantly simple, powerful and safe. While the idea of tapping may sound unusual, unbelievable or even ridiculous, people are surprised by EFT’s undeniably wondrous results. EFT isn’t perfect, of course. Yet it often works when nothing else will.

The best thing to do is to discover the possibilities EFT may have for you. It’s a tool for a lifetime. Here at the EFTzone, you’ll find all a wealth of EFT resources.

Let’s close by going back to our ATM machine and EFT analogy. EFT is great for self-service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’re “password-protected” because you can keep whatever issue you want to work on to yourself. That ensures your privacy. Once you learn EFT, it’s available for you to tap into your assets whenever you need to.
