Is That All There Is?
September 21, 2006
Have you ever heard the song made popular by singer Peggy Lee called, Is That All There Is? The song was written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, a prolific songwriting team from the fifties and sixties. In the song, Peggy Lee sings about momentous life experiences. And, at the end of each one, she feels disappointment and sings: “Is that all there is? Is that all there is? If that’s all there is my friends, then let’s keep dancing.” In our world today, it seems like people may be accomplishing more, but the accompanying good feelings don’t usually last. Rick Wilkes, one of the co-authors of Freedom at Your Fingertips has written a superb article and offers viable solutions for shifting your energy to feeling good.
What I Learned from a Hummingbird

It was a Hummingbird. He was stuck in the garage and couldn’t get out. This went on for over an hour. I’d go in the garage and he’d be doing the same thing. What puzzled me was that both garage doors were wide open and he couldn’t get out because of one simple reason. What was it and how can you apply it to doing EFT?
