May 02, 07 Roundup of Free EFT Video Clips

A few years ago, the only way to learn about EFT was by going to Gary Craig’s Website and purchasing a set of videos. That’s if you were really serious about learning EFT because the shortest DVD set was 13 hours long. That’s all changed. Nick Ortner and his team now to an annual online tapping summit. There are also several books on EFT, energy psychology and healing. For short videos, go to YouTube and Vimeo. My daughter-in-law has a 16 year old sister that out of the blue developed VCD (Vocal Cord Dysfunction). They have tried literally everything as she is having these attacks daily some lasting for hours. She needs help. Can anyone tell me how to go about this? I’m not qualified, but I do believe she can be helped. She also has asthma and sometimes the VCD brings on an asthma attack along with the VCD attack and vice versa. I have a paralyzed vocal cord so I know what she is going through to some extent but I have never had an attack that laster longer than a few minutes at most. Please help.

    Karen,

First, I’ll assume that your daughter-in-law’s sister is under the supervision of a medical doctor for her Vocal Cord Dysfunction. VCD and respiratory issues need to be taken seriously along with treatment supervised by a health care professional.

Given that, I suggest that she may want to complement this with working with 1) EFT Master Practitioner or 2) an EFT Practitioner who specializes in “serious diseases, women’s issues, or other physical issues.” There may be several aspects to her VCD and this is not a do-it-yourself thing. You can find these practitioners at http://www.emofree.com/Practitioners/referralMain.asp . Also, I suggest you check out articles on “EFT for Asthma Relief” located at http://www.emofree.com/articles.aspx?id=6 . These articles will give you a feel for emotional issues that often underlay physical problems.

According to, “Paradoxical Vocal Cord Dysfunction in Juveniles,” VCD is more common in girls and is associated with social stresses. You can read about it here http://archotol.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/full/126/1/29 . Also of interest may be reading about the Throat Chakra. Here’s a short article http://healing.about.com/cs/chakras/a/chakra5.htm .

I also suggest that with professional help she explore what emotional issue(s) or trauma might have happened right around the time she developed VCD “out of the blue.” (By the way, the throat Chakra color is blue.)

Karen, there are solutions out there. There is help. Doors open as you take it step-by-step.

  4. Thought I’d add an update of another video that’s now available which is actually a documentary film that was just released called “Try It On Everything”. There is a trailer available to watch on YouTube and I put some info on my blog about it as well. It’s worth checking out.

    Hi All,

It’s been a while but I wanted to update you on the success of my daughter’s-in law sister Staci. Staci saw an EFT master who helped her immensely. She found out the core issues and Staci was free from the VCD spasms for almost 4 months. She had one more after that and ended up in Childrens’ Hospital. At that point she started seeing a holistic chiropractor who diagnosed what the problem is and she has been spasm free since that time. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA from high school this year, which was quite a feat as she was completely housebound unable to attend school or do anything that had any activity to it at all until she became spasm free.

Staci does EFT daily and sees her chiropractor when the need arises.

Thank you all for your help and guidance in this matter. I know it’s been a long time. But the healing was a long time coming too.

    Thank you again,

    Karen L. Judd
