Erase & Replace

July 29, 2005

I’m going to speak to a group of business people next week in California. The key theme of my speech is “erase and replace.” Erase limiting, self-defeating beliefs and replace them with empowering ones of your choosing. I just happened to look at one of Gary Craig’s Palace of Possibilities videos today and he also mentioned erase and replace. If you don’t have the “Possibilities” video series, I highly recommend that you get it. I’ve seen it multiple times and I always come away learning something new or being reminded of an idea of value. It’s important to erase and replace. EFT is a fine too to help you do it.

The Last Diet You May Ever Need

July 21, 2005

To get to a person’s ideal weight for health and feeling good, many people go on diets. Diets and diet related products are a $40 billion business in America. Most people have been on some kind of diet. The more recent plans include the South Beach, Atkins, Nutricise, ChangeOne, Rosedale, Weight Watchers, Zone, Thyroid, Mediterranean, and Okinawa diets just to name a few. Up until now, diets have missed out on the other critical factor–the emotional factors behind weight gain. Now EFT experts have created what we might call the “EFT Diet.” The program is called The Key to Weight Loss. Anyone who wants to lose weight in a healthy way may want to consider it. It may be the last diet you ever need.

Why Isn’t EFT Working for Me?

July 18, 2005

What if you find that EFT works for other people and not you? Before I answer that, I’ll make the assumption that you’ve done all the things you need to do to learn EFT. See the EFTzone article, Learning the ABCs of EFT. You’ll want to see examples of EFT in action. The best way is to see Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, doing some of his masterful work. Get a set of his videos. In addition to the EFT Course, I recommend From EFT to the Palace of Possibilities. After that, it’s a matter of practicing and doing EFT. Part of the process for mastering anything is going through our share of mis-takes or as Gary says, “discovering which door(s) to open.” If you’re still not getting results for yourself, most likely you’re thinking globally instead of acting locally. Let me tell you what I mean.

Tapping Into Your Dreams

July 11, 2005

Do you remember your dreams? Normally, when I wake up in the morning I don’t. If I wake up in the middle of sleeping, I do. Often, I keep a notepad by my bed to write down my dream(s) upon waking. Years ago, I took a dream workshop. One of the things we learned to do was set our alarm clocks to wake up in the middle of the night. While I was still in a drowsy state, I’d tape record or write down whatever I was dreaming. Afterwards, I’d explore understanding what my dream was communicating to me. The whole subject of dreams is fascinating.

The London Bombings and Using EFT for Troubling News

July 7, 2005

I’ve been to London about a dozen times, mostly on business. I love the city and the people. Watching the news this morning of the London bombings brought back memories of the 911 terrorism in the USA. I like to be informed so I watched the news for a period of time and then turned the television off. I don’t choose to bombard my consciousness with the same negative images and information over and over again. The positive thing about international news is the immediacy of it. On the negative side, early on there’s often misinformation while the facts are gathered and the networks lock onto too much repetition with their “breaking news.” If watching the news is upsetting to you, EFT practitioner, Gwenn Bonnell, offers some excellent tips on how to use EFT to find personal peace in turbulent times.
